Green Your Meetings with Trees Ontario

Introducing Trees Ontario at the Delawana Inn Spa & Conference Centre

Delawana Inn Spa & Conference Centre supports the efforts of Trees Ontario in helping organizations take the necessary steps to officially designate their meetings or events as being "green." We encourage organizations to help offset their environmental footprint by participating in a Trees Ontario program.

Trees Ontario can work with your organization to help 'green' your meetings, conventions, trade shows and other events worldwide. We just need to know the mode of transportation, number of attendees and approximate kilometres travelled each way per participant.

For those meetings or events that wish to be officially designated as ‘green,’ Trees Ontario will conduct an audit based on the mode of transportation and kilometres traveled to and from the event and determine its estimated environmental footprint. We will then state the number of trees that would need to be planted in order to help offset the environmental footprint of the event. It's that easy to get a bit greener. FIND OUT MORE >>
