Associations and Non-Profit Meetings & Events

Delawana Inn Conference Centre is a favorite location for Associations or groups with a non-profit mandate, where the meeting can often be a "fund raiser", or a "break even" in terms of costs-versus revenues. We have developed a fine tuned process to help make your meeting as seamless as possible while at the same time keeping the budget in the forefront of your concerns as the meeting planner. (Split packages available – see below)

For your plenary session we have the Huron Ballroom with seating up to 450, with several breakout areas and meeting rooms throughout the resort. We also specialize in mini-trade shows where booth set-up is required.

Miss Midland

For an evening of recreation, Delawana is the only Georgian Bay Conference Centre that can arrange for a sunset dessert cruise where you embark at the Delawana dock. This is a favorite of many of the delegates and they will talk about their 30,000 Island experience and remember their meeting at the Delawana Inn Conference Centre.

SPLIT PACKAGES

Yes, we ALSO offer SPLIT PACKAGES to accommodate our clients billing requirements. For example, if the attendee is responsible for booking and paying the room portion while the company or association is responsible for the meal and meeting package – Not a problem, we are always willing to build and bill the package that suits our client's needs.
